Right of Refusal
According to Spanish law 3/2014, from the 27th March 2014, in which the general Consumer defense and other complementary laws are rectified, the buyer can, within 14 days of delivery of the product, refuse the purchase and return it to us (transport costs to be paid for by the purchaser). Once 14 days have passed, Restore Electronica will not accept returns under the refusal of purchase law.
General Returns Conditions
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- When returning the product to Restore, it must be packaged in the same box or similar which guarantees the product gets to us in the same condition.
- The invoice, or delivery note of the product must be included in the package so we can track the returned product when it arrives with us.
- Returns should be requested via the contact form on our website or via the email firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and reference of the article to be returned.
How to Return a Product
Contact Restore via our online contact form, indicating the subject as ‘Return’. Tell us the reference or model number of the product to return, the order number and the reason for its return. We will then send you an email with the return reference number.
The costs or returning a product are to be covered by the customer.
When Restore Electronica receives the product within the established time and has checked that it is in the same condition as when sold, we will refund the amount paid within no more than 30 days via the same method of payment as used when purchasing. We also give the option of crediting the value of the product to your Restore Electronica account, allowing you to use it to make another purchase from us.
We only return the value of the product, and not the transport costs relating to the purchase or the return of the product.
In Restore Electronica we give 12 months’ guarantee on all our products. If a product becomes faulty during the first six months after purchase, once it reaches us, we check the article to see if the problem has arisen during a normal use of the product, and not due to misuse or damage caused by the purchaser. If the fault has occurred during normal usage, we repair the product or replace it with one in an equal condition and we return it to the purchaser without any cost. If we no longer have this product in stock, we offer one with the same specifications or better as a replacement.
