These general conditions apply to any promotional activity or any other information given to us via our website such as any services we offer, and the same conditions apply at all times of browsing of our website, or purchasing of our products or any of our services, these general conditions apply at all times.
Personal Data Protection Act
1.1 In accordance with the Spanish Personal Data Protection Law 15/1999, of the 13th December 1999, Restore Electronica informs the user of a personal database, created with the data obtained from the website and for Restore Electronica, and under its responsibility, to allow the provision of the products and services offered on the website, such as promotional activities, via any means, including the sending of emails and messages via any system including SMS, etc.
1.2 The user expressly consents the inclusion of data collected during the browsing of the website, or by filling in any form, or deriving from any commercial activity, in the automised database of personal information mentioned in 1.1.
1.3 The user can exercise, regarding the data compiled in the manner expressed in the previous paragraph, their rights expressed in the Spanish Law 15/1999, and in particular the rights of Access, rectification, or cancellation of data, and their opposition, or revoking of their consent of their data or for any of the uses previously mentioned.
1.4 Restore Electronica informs that for the user to access some of the services or content offered on the website, it could be necessary to fill in subscription forms or similar, in which the user will be asked to give their personal information. Also, it is possible that Restore Electronica activates “cookies” with which the user will be recognized with a view to improving the services that are offered.
1.5 Restore Electronica commits itself to the correct usage of data included in the database, to respect its confidentiality y use it in accordance for the purpose of the database, as well as its obligation to save it and take all means possible to avoid its alteration, loss or unauthorized access, in accordance with the Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21st December 2007, in which the rules of the development of the Spanish Law 15/1999 of 13th December 1999 of the Personal Data Protection Act, are approved.
