How to Purchase
Orders & Delivery
When you find the product that you want to buy, add it to your basket. You can then continue adding products to your basket or begin to pay for your order. Articles are not reserved until you have finished the payment process.
To begin the payment process you need to identify yourself, filling out your address and chosen payment method. After giving all the required information, you can then check and confirm your order. We then send you a confirmation email. You can also check your order in the ‘My Orders’ section of your account summary.
Products purchased at Restore Electronica can be paid for with a debit or credit card, using PayPal, or via bank transfer.
If you prefer to pay by debit or credit card, you will need to give the following information, once you are in our 100% secure, Banco Santander electronic payments system:
- Debit / Credit Card Number.
- Expiry Date.
- Security Code (the last three numbers on the back of your card).
For your increased security, Restore Electronica uses the secure payment system CES (Comericio Electrónico Seguro). All of your data is encrypted and sent to a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layers) server, which guarantees that no third parties will have access to your bank or credit card details. Once you have given your details, the system automatically re-directs you to your own bank, where you must carefully follow the instructions. Once you have done this, the system will automatically return you to the order confirmation page – you do not need to click the ‘back’ button. At that moment the order is made and we will process your order and send you your item(s).
Where we deliver:
At the moment, we only deliver to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. If you live in Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands, then please write to us at email@example.com with your order and we will be pleased to help and give you a specific quote.
You will receive your order within 1-5 working days. Please remember that bank transfer take one working day to reach our account.
